From around 10:00 a.m. today (May 22, 2024) and continuing to the present, many users of TrueMove H have experienced disruptions in both mobile phone and internet signals, simultaneously affecting a number of areas across Thailand. Some affected users reported being unable to make or receive calls, or access data services as usual.
The widespread outage has sparked intense discussion on the X platform (formerly Twitter), propelling the hashtag #ทรูล่ม (“TrueIsDown”) to trend among the top topics in Thailand. Many users raised concerns over the company’s management of the crisis and called for compensation measures to be implemented.
Some customers attempted to resolve the issue by restarting their devices or reinserting their SIM cards, but as of the time of this report, the problem had not been resolved.
As of this time, there has been no official clarification from True Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TRUE) regarding the cause of the outage or the steps being taken to fix the situation.
