Principal Capital Public Company Limited (SET: PRINC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Principal Healthcare – Kanchanaburi Co., Ltd. (PKAN), a subsidiary of the Company, completed the acquisition of the entire business of Thanakarn Hospital Co., Ltd. on 1st June 2025.
This acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic plan to expand its network of private hospitals, thereby enhancing the Group’s growth potential and competitive capabilities in the healthcare sector
On March 19, 2025, PRINC held the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 3/2025, which resulted in an approval for the establishment of PKAN and the acquisition of the entire hospital business of Thanakarn Hospital Co., Ltd., which operates a private hospital under the name Thanakarn Hospital – a general hospital with 74 beds located at 20/20 Saeng Chooto Road, Ban Tai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kanchanaburi Province. The Company subsequently disclosed this information to the SET on 8th April 2025, upon the transaction becoming certain.
