Sub Sri Thai Public Company Limited (SET: SST) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has established a new subsidiary on June 9, 2025.
The new subsidiary, SSTC Management Company Limited, was registered using the company’s working capital of THB 500,000 divided into 50,000 shares, of which the company is the sole owner. The subsidiary was established to raise funds and allocate funds to group companies.
