Humanica Public Company Limited (SET: HUMAN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on July 23, 2025, Humanica Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary registered in Singapore in which the company holds a 100% stake, signed a share purchase agreement to acquire all the shares of Cadena Group, a provider of a human resource information systems under the brand “CADENA”, with its main customers in Vietnam and other countries in the Southeast Asia region. As a result, Cadena Group has become a subsidiary of the company.
The objective was to expand the market and customer base in Vietnam and other countries in the Southeast Asian region, strengthen the company’s human resource management software system business, and in line with the company mission.
