Thai Stock Market Outlook on 25 July 2025

On Friday, Tisco Securities expects the Thai market to trade sideways, possibly in contraction, after the Thai-Cambodian border dispute turned violent, and potentially major selloffs before the holidays.

Furthermore, the US-Thai trade talks still showed no sign of progress.

The securities firm recommends closely monitoring 2Q25 earnings reports from companies in the real sector and big-cap companies such as PTTEP and DELTA, if those firms report a lower-than-expected performance, the brokerage cautions a significant selling pressure.

 

The firm set a resistance level for the SET Index at 1,230 points and a support level at 1,210 points for today’s session.

 

Yesterday, Thailand’s SET Index closed at 1,212.49 points, decreased 7.13 points or 0.58% with a trading value of THB 46.88 billion.
