Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (SET: RCL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Regional Container Lines Ptd. Ltd. (RCS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Singapore, has established four subsidiary companies in Singapore on 18 August 2025 to serve as vessel owners.
The four subsidiaries consisted of: Gavee Bhum Pte. Ltd, Hathaya Bhum Pte. Ltd, Kema Bhum Pte. Ltd, and Laticha Bhum Pte. Ltd. All of the aforementioned subsidiaries have a registered capital of SGD 1 and are fully owned by RCS.
