Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is advancing Thailand’s largest real estate development, “The Forestias”, with plans to complete the residential zone by 2026. In a major show of confidence, Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has extended THB 22 billion in project financing, recognizing MQDC’s potential to set world-class standards in real estate and lead innovation in sustainable living.

Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC, added “The Forestias has secured a loan from Siam Commercial Bank. We’re accelerating construction—already 70% complete—to finish in 2026. Siam Commercial Bank’s support with 20 billion baht in project finance will enable construction to complete to plan.”

The Forestias by MQDC is a forest district across 157 acres on Bangna-Trad KM7.
