Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 15 October 2025, the company has incorporated two new subsidiary companies, whereas the company has received all constitutional documents with regard to those companies on 17 October 2025. The details are as follows:
Sansiri Partners Trophy One Limited is a subsidiary wholly owned by Sansiri Partners Co., Ltd., SIRI wholly owned subsidiary, with a registered capital of $50,000. The subsidiary’s business consists of investment in real estate, infrastructure, and/or alternative assets, both domestic and oversea, including joint investment or fund establishment and other investment.
Sansiri Capital Partners Limited is a subsidiary jointly held by Sansiri Partners and XSpring Advance Solutions Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of XSpring Capital Public Company Limited (SET: XPG), with a registered capital of $50,000. Both companies held 50% of the subsidiary’s shares. The subsidiary’s business consists of investment in real estate, infrastructure, and/or alternative assets, both domestic and oversea, including joint investment or fund establishment and other investment.
