SUSCO Sets 2026 Growth Target, Eyes Revenue Boost and Service Expansion

Mr. Chairit Simaroj, Managing Director of Susco Public Company Limited (SET: SUSCO), stated that the company expected a slight decline in sales this year but anticipated a 7–8% growth from it in sales next year. The growth is attributed to increased oil sales, driven by plans to expand the number of service stations by 5-10 locations from the current 265, as well as higher oil exports. As a result, the company forecasts 2026 revenue returning to THB 30 billion, up from an estimated THB 20 billion this year.

For 2026, the company has set an investment budget of THB 400-500 million, allocated to expanding the non-oil business by over THB 100 million and the oil business by over THB 300 million. The main purpose remains the expansion and renovation of oil service stations. As for the BYD electric car showroom, all locations will be operational by the end of this year. Therefore, the focus in 2026 will be the sale of BYD EVs, targeting annual sales of 4,000 units. As for this year, the company targets sales of 3,500 units. It had already sold 2,400 units in the first half of the year.

The company has accelerated the expansion of rental areas and upgraded SUSCO service stations to a more modern look. Most recently, the SUSCO SQUARE Pinklao branch was opened, occupying almost 10 rai of land, designed as a “community mall”, a one-stop lifestyle center with diverse services. The 24-hour petrol station features restaurants, convenience stores, branded shops, an automobile service center, and parking for up to 200 cars, catering to modern consumer needs. This Pinklao branch is the fourth SUSCO SQUARE opened, following those in Phutthabucha, Srinakarin 3, and Lam Luk Ka.

SUSCO SQUARE has been well received by customers, particularly the Pinklao branch, which is a prime location. Oil sales have increased from an average of 150,000-160,000 liters per month to 300,000 liters per month. Currently, overall oil sales across all SUSCO service stations average around 200,000 liters per month, with over a 2% market share.

Mr. Chairit stated that the nationwide oil sales for 2026 are expected to grow 5%, while SUSCO’s oil sales are forecast to expand by 7-8%, partly due to service station expansion and partnerships. There are plans to convert 10 more stations in the southern region into Bangchak stations, adding to the existing 120 cooperative stations, most of which are in the northern and northeastern regions. This is expected to further boost oil sales.

He further added that oil export volumes in 2026 are projected to improve over this year. There is also a plan to launch more SUSCO SQUARE branches, though investment per location is high—about THB 100 million (not including land). The company is currently considering a location in Don Mueang, with more updates to follow if plans become definite.

In 3Q25, oil sales slightly declined due to the low season, but a rebound is expected in 4Q25. For oil marketing margin, the company expects to see an increase to over THB 2 per liter, up from about THB 2 per liter currently, due to rising costs and labor expenses. The company estimated the Minister of Energy thoroughly understands the oil business sector and will increase oil marketing margin to add the oil price.
