Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SSP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Leo2 Project, Solar Power Plant in Japan, which the company has invested through GK-TK structure for 100 percent of total TK investment amount, has started the commercial operation on 4th November 2025 (Commercial Operation Date; COD).
The project is a ground-mounted solar power generation project (Solar Farm) located in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. It has an installed capacity of 22.0 megawatts and a contract capacity of 16.4 megawatts. The project has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with TEPCO Energy Partners, Incorporated. The contract will end in March 2040, with a Feed-In Tariff (FIT) rate of JPY 36 per kilowatt-hour.
