KH Academy continues to uphold the core mission of ‘Kaohoon Turakij’ to support and elevate the quality of Thai society. As part of its ongoing social initiatives, the institute has announced the KH Legal Aid project, an educational training and seminar series designed to enhance public understanding of legal rights and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of inadvertent breaches of the law.
For November, KH Legal Aid extends an invitation to students and the general public to upgrade their legal knowledge under the theme, ‘Financial Crime Alert! Understanding Financial Scams and Money Laundering in the Capital Market.’ The session will be led by Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, an expert public prosecutor, who will provide in-depth insights into the Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542.
The seminar will also delve into the identification of suspicious transaction signals and money laundering risks within securities and mutual fund businesses, illustrating these issues with real case studies and their legal implications.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, 7 November 2026, from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus.
