DUSIT reported a net loss in 3Q25 of THB 383.73 million, a decrease of THB 154.35 million or 28.68% compared to the previous year.
In 3Q25, the company reported total revenue of THB 1,745 million; an increase of THB 369 million or 26.8% YoY, of which 68.4%, 5.2%, 20.2%, 1.8% and 4.4% of total revenue came from Hotel Business, Education Business, Food Business, Real Estate Development Business and Other Business, respectively.
In addition, the company recorded a higher share of profit from DREIT and a significant reduction in foreign exchange losses. These factors collectively contributed to a notable improvement in the Company’s overall operating performance, with EBITDA of THB 71 million (compared with THB 170 million reduction in 3Q24).
