MONO reported a net loss of THB 154 million in 3Q25, representing a decrease of around 305% or approximately THB 116 million compared to the same period last year.
During the quarter, total revenue decreased by THB 89 million or 19% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and decreased by THB 25 million or 6% compared to the previous quarter.
Advertising revenue decreased by THB 84 million or 39% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and decreased by THB 52 million or 28% compared to the previous quarter. Meanwhile, revenue from the content-provider services like Monomax and GIGATV increased by THB 25 million or 13% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and increased by THB 56 million or 36% compared to the previous quarter.
Cost of sales and services increased by THB 23 million or 8% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and increased by THB 66 million or 26% compared to the previous quarter. The primary reason was the higher service costs on the Monomax platform.
Sales and administration expenses increased by THB 78 million or 75% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and increased by THB 80 million or 78% compared to the previous quarter. The primary reason was the company’s proactive advertising and public relations strategy aimed at expanding its viewer base across all customer segments.
In 3Q25, the delivery of live broadcast of the English Premier League football matches, of which the official broadcasting rights have been awarded by JAS for 6 consecutive years, has marked a significant milestone for Mono Next Group towards providing comprehensive sports and entertainment services while remaining committed to continuously further developing and expanding its sports content services for the strength of its content library as well as the establishment of a crucial foundation for the company’s long-term growth.
