Bangchak Concludes BSRC Tender Offer, Seeks SET Listing for New Shares on Dec. 12

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: BCP) has finalized its tender offer for all outstanding securities of Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC), marking a key step toward the complete delisting of BSRC shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

According to a company statement, the tender offer period concluded on 27 November 2025. As part of the process, Bangchak Corporation is set to issue new ordinary shares, with shareholders of BSRC receiving one newly issued Bangchak share for every 6.5 BSRC shares tendered.

Bangchak Corporation is currently working to secure SET approval for its newly issued shares to be listed, while BSRC is simultaneously seeking the delisting of all its ordinary shares from the exchange. The company anticipates that trading in its new shares will commence on 12 December 2025, coinciding with the delisting of BSRC shares, subject to regulatory approvals.
