According to information disclosed from the Stock Exchange of Thailand on December 24, there was a report of a Big Lot transaction for Banpu Power Public Company Limited (SET: BPP) shares, totaling one transaction, with a total volume of 378.46 million shares and a total value of THB 4.91 billion, at an average price of THB 13 per share—8.33% premium of the Wednesday’s highest price.
At 2.40 p.m., BPP was trading at THB 11.60, a THB 0.50 or 4.13% decrease, with the highest price traded at THB 12.00, and a total trading value of THB 4,923.38 million.
On 23 December, Banpu Public Company Limited (SET: BANPU) informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand about the completion of the general offer period for BPP shares, as well as the execution of a big lot purchase. The share repurchase period was from 1–23 December 2025, totaling 15 business days.
The transaction was executed through Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, involving a total of 378,460,106 shares—approximately 12.42% of BPP’s total issued and outstanding shares.
The company also announced that the purchase of these shares would be executed via big lot transaction on 24 December 2025, and the delivery of BPP shares, which sellers have deposited with the buying agent (including shares converted from NVDR and transferred to the agent), would be made to BANPU by 26 December 2025, or within three business days from the end of the offer period.
