OHTL Public Company Limited (SET: OHTL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, pursuant to the resolution passed on 26 October 2023 to dissolve Bagan Hotel Holding (Thailand) Co., Ltd. due to the absence of business operations, the company has completed the registration of the subsidiary’s dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce and finalized all related legal procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
The dissolution of the Subsidiary will have no impact on the company’s business operations or financial position.
