KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (SET: KCE) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that the amalgamation between Chemtronic Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (CT) and Chemtronic Products Co., Ltd. (CTP), the company’s subsidiaries, have been fully completed in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law.
Consequently, CT has been legally ceased as the juristic person status, and all assets, liabilities, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of CT have been transferred to CTP.
On October 20, 2025, KCE notified the SET that the company has been undertaking a business restructuring of its subsidiaries through the amalgamation between CT and CTP.
