Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (SET: PROUD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company convened the Board of Directors Meeting No.1/2026 held on January 8, 2026. PROUD has passed a resolution to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary and completed the company registration with the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce.
Twenty Two Twenty Company Limited was established to engage in the real estate development business. The subsidiary has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000, divided into 10,000 common shares, with a par value of THB 100 per share.
