TOPS, the food business under Central Retail Corporation PCL (SET: CRC), in collaboration with the Embassy of the United States of America in Thailand and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), invites food lovers to elevate their culinary experience at “Discover USA: The American Flavor Fest.”
The event brings together authentic American flavors through a curated selection of premium ingredients and best-selling products imported directly from the United States, offering an exciting tasting and shopping experience.
The festival also forms part of the celebration of the United States’ 250th Anniversary (Freedom 250), highlighting the enduring friendship and shared culinary culture between the United States and Thailand.The festival features more than 1,690 American products, packed with delicious highlights.
Leading the lineup is USA Prime Ribeye, premium-grade ribeye beef from the United States, renowned for its beautifully marbled fat, delivering a rich, juicy, tender texture and a distinctive, flavorful aroma. This is followed by rich and creamy cheeses from California and Wisconsin, such as Fiscalini Old World Aged Cheddar from the “Fiscalini” farm in California—highly popular for its intense flavor, nutty richness, subtle smokiness, and slightly dry, crumbly texture.
Also featured is Pine River Port Wine Cold Pack Cheese Spread, carefully crafted in Wisconsin since 1963. This gourmet cheese spread is made from naturally aged cheddar blended with the bold flavor of port wine, creating a truly unique taste experience.
Fruit lovers can enjoy Cosmic Crisp apples from Washington State, prized for their juicy, crisp texture, excellent flavor, and resistance to browning.
