SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 4 February 2026, SCX Corporation Company Limited, the subsidiary company, has established a new subsidiary company, the details of which are as follows:
SCX Logistics Laem Chabang 2 Company Limited was established to conduct the business of real estate development. The subsidiary has a registered capital of THB 5 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 10 each, of which SC holds 99.99% of the shares.
