PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (SET: OR) delivered a robust bottom-line performance for the full year of 2025, reporting a net profit of THB 11,304 million, a staggering 47.8% increase compared to THB 7,650 million in 2024.
This profit surge occurred despite a 9.0% decline in total sales and services, which dropped to THB 658,723 million from THB 723,958 million the previous year. The revenue contraction was primarily driven by lower average selling prices following a decline in global oil prices and lower sales volumes.
The Mobility business remained the company’s primary revenue driver, contributing THB 597,451 million. Although segment revenue fell 10.2%, its EBITDA climbed 21.1% to THB 12,509 million. This profitability was bolstered by a higher average gross profit per liter, particularly from aviation fuel and diesel, alongside effective cost management. Conversely, the Global business struggled as EBITDA fell 24.6% to THB 1,279 million, largely due to volume contractions in Cambodia resulting from regional conflict.
The Lifestyle segment continued to be a resilient growth engine, with revenue rising 4.8% to THB 25,092 million. Café Amazon was a standout performer, reaching 429 million cups sold—a 6.7% increase—while expanding its network to 4,742 outlets in Thailand. Segment EBITDA grew 17.0% to THB 7,024 million, aided by improved margins in the Food and Beverage business and the discontinuation of underperforming units in 2024.
Disciplined financial management also contributed to the bottom line, as overall operating expenses decreased by 3.8% to THB 17,249 million, driven by lower rental and outsourcing costs. Additionally, OR realized a significant gain of THB 1,064 million from derivative instruments. With earnings per share rising to THB 0.94, OR enters 2026 with a strengthened capital structure and a clear focus on high-margin retail and aviation segments.
Additionally, the company announced a THB 0.30 dividend payment to be paid on 29 April 2026. The ex-dividend date is 23 February 2026.
