Miss Piyajit Ruckariyapong, CEO of Sappe Public Company Limited (SET: SAPPE), stated that the company is targeting total revenue growth of 15% in 2026 compared to last year’s total revenue of THB 5.37 billion.
A significant recovery is projected across all global markets, with conditions in Europe having improved as distributors have normalized inventory levels. In the Americas, SAPPE is focusing on expanding physical distribution points and online sales through platforms like Amazon, where sales increased by 81.5% in 2025. The company is also adjusting its pricing structure to adapt to new tariff policies.
Improved distributor efficiency in Indonesia is supporting the market’s recovery, while domestically, SAPPE continues to launch new products to stimulate demand. In the Middle East, the company is broadening its distribution network. Meanwhile, the strategy in South Korea involves targeting new market segments with innovative products and focused marketing.
However, ongoing conflict in the Middle East has prompted SAPPE to reassess potential impacts and duration, though the company hopes for a swift resolution. SAPPE has revised its plans to safeguard its revenue and profitability.
For the first two months of 2026, sales growth was in line with the full-year target. However, the outbreak of war in the Middle East in March introduced risks that could affect first-quarter results. The company has already secured all orders for the first quarter, but faces uncertainties with shipping, such as difficulty in booking vessels.
SAPPE is closely monitoring the situation and has adopted a response strategy similar to what was used during the COVID-19 pandemic, aggregating shipping data to optimize logistics management.
Currently, the Middle East accounts for about 8.8% of SAPPE’s total sales. Supply operations are expected to be mainly affected, while direct impacts remain unclear. As shipping costs could see upward adjustments, SAPPE’s use of FOB (Free On Board) terms means that logistics costs and risks are borne by customers, insulating the company from these expenses.
In 2026, SAPPE aims to reinforce its position as a global leader in the snack drink category through its ‘Mogu Mogu’ brand, recognized as the pioneer of coconut jelly juice beverages. The product is now enjoyed in over 100 countries, and SAPPE intends to build on the brand’s popularity and distinctive ‘drink and chew’ experience to reach new consumer segments.
Additionally, the board of directors approved a dividend payment for the 2025 fiscal year (January 1 – December 31, 2025) at THB 1.75 per share, totaling THB 539.5 million. The ex-dividend date is set for April 29, 2026, with payment scheduled for May 21, 2026.
