Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: STGT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Sadao P.S. Rubber Co., Ltd. (PS), a subsidiary in which the Company holds 99.99 percent of the total issued shares, has completed its liquidation process. The completion of liquidation has been duly registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on 25 March 2026.
Previously, STGT has informed the SET that PS has completed the transfer of the entire business to the company on 2 June 2025, and PS has completed the registration of its dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 4 June 2025.
