The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Ichitan Group Public Company Limited (SET: ICHI) has officially approved a dividend payment of 0.55 THB per share for the second half of 2025, scheduled for payment on May 21, 2026. This final installment brings the total annual dividend to 1.10 baht per share, reflecting the company’s consistent ability to deliver shareholder value. The payout follows a resilient 2025 performance, in which the group recorded total revenue of 8,086.2 million baht and a net profit of 1,327.6 million baht.
For the 2026 fiscal year, management has outlined a strategic focus on professional supply chain integration and production efficiency. By leveraging long-standing partnerships and optimizing internal manufacturing processes, the company is proactively managing global volatility to safeguard its profit margins. This disciplined approach to operational excellence, coupled with the strategic use of BOI tax incentives, is designed to strengthen the company’s financial foundation against external uncertainties.
Ichitan Group has enhanced its internal management with comprehensive cost-saving measures to efficiently navigate cost fluctuations; despite operations proceeding as planned, Tan Passakornnatee, CEO of ICHI, has shown his spirit by cutting his salary by 50% for 3 months to raise situational awareness. He emphasized, “We prioritize sharpening internal management at every point to maintain strength. Every crisis holds opportunities for those who are prepared and vigilant. Ichitan will use mindfulness and expertise to navigate volatility and achieve our growth targets.” Currently, the company continues to execute its strategy with maximum prudence and efficiency to ensure the growth.
The commercial strategy for this year focuses on portfolio agility and a robust “Value for Money” proposition. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, Ichitan is revitalizing its brand appeal by introducing the lead cast of the hit series “Khemjira The Series”—Keng Harit, Namping Napatsakorn, Tle Matimun, and Firstone Wannakorn—as the official brand ambassadors for Ichitan and its latest innovation, Ichitan Iced Tea Lemon Cold Brew. This initiative, alongside the expansion of the Tansansu Korean-style soda: Kyoho Grape line and larger packaging formats (Big Size), serves as a tactical driver toward the company’s 12% revenue growth target.
