Most recently, AP Thailand has advanced its Green Supply Chain ambition by expanding its network of Strategic Sustainability Partners across environmental solutions, energy and construction materials. This includes a collaboration with Thammasorn Co., Ltd., an expert in integrated water management systems under the DOS Life brand, a leader in water innovation. Together, they co-created “Water Quality Innovation”, an end-to-end water quality management solution designed for residential living. This innovation spans 3 integrated dimensions, connecting clean water systems within the home to centralised wastewater treatment—aimed at creating a balance between wellbeing, hygiene and long-term environmental sustainability, while elevating overall Living Quality.
Three Dimensions of Water Innovation for Superior Living Quality
Dimension 1: Clean Water Solution (In-Home Water System)
Enhancing the quality of clean water as the foundation of residents’ wellbeing, AP Thailand becomes the first property developer to adopt the DOS Natura Water Pac All-in-One—an integrated system combining a water tank, pump, and filtration unit in one. The solution reduces installation space by up to 50% and features Silver Combac Antimicrobial technology, which inhibits up to 99.99% of bacteria and microorganisms, certified by international standards including ISO and the U.S. FDA. In addition, both partners co-developed a specially designed water tank, “DOS Water Pac Widero”, exclusively for single detached homes under the Majestic Collection of the BEON brand.

AP Thailand is committed to improving the efficiency and environmental performance of household wastewater systems. This includes adopting the DOS REVO septic tank technology, designed in compliance with the latest Ministry of Interior regulations (B.E. 2567 / 2024)—a first in Thailand. The system enhances decomposition efficiency and reduces residual waste before discharge into public systems.

Beyond water systems, AP–DOS Life has also co-created an All-in-One Parcel Drop Box (DOS Doppio) for AP’s twin home and townhome projects under the Baan Klang Muang brand.
