On Friday at 2:00 PM (Bangkok time), the share price of Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: AMATA) gained 2.42% or THB 0.50 to THB 21.20, with a trading value of THB 487.68 million.
Bualuang Securities (BLS) expects that AMATA is likely to achieve another all-time high in profit in the second quarter of 2026, supported by a continued increase in land transfers.
In the first quarter of 2026, AMATA delivered a record-high net profit of THB 1.38 billion, marking a significant increase of 66% year-on-year and 32% quarter-on-quarter. The figure surpassed previous forecasts and was primarily attributed to increased land transfers, which reached 306 rai, with a majority in Chonburi province.
The brokerage noted that the average land selling price climbed to THB 8.12 million per rai, up from THB 5.61 million per rai. This positive momentum is expected to persist into Q2 and possibly continue into the latter half of the year, while there is also potential for a further upward revision of AMATA’s full-year profit forecast by 20-30%.
