BCPG Public Company Limited (SET: BCPG) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the investment by BCPG Formosa Co., Ltd. (BCPGF), a wholly owned direct subsidiary of the company.
BCPGF has acquired 100% of the shares in Hui Yu Energy Co., Ltd, a solar power plant developer in the Republic of China (Taiwan), with a registered capital of NT$8,200,000, and a par value of NT$10 per share. The acquisition was conducted on June 1, 2026.
The acquisition of shares in Hui Yu Energy Co., Ltd. is in accordance with the project development conditions, under which the company is required to acquire the shares upon fulfillment of the land acquisition condition for the project. This investment forms part of the company’s investment plan for the development of solar power plant projects in the Republic of China (Taiwan), which has previously been disclosed to the public.
