KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (SET: KCE) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 6/2026, held on 9 June 2026, resolved to approve a restructuring of the company’s group structure by approving the dissolution of Chemtronic Chemical Co., Ltd. (CTC) which has ceased operations for approximately ten years, the Board considered it appropriate to proceed with the company’s dissolution and liquidation in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law.
This restructuring is an internal reorganization within the group under common control and does not have any material impact on the company’s financial position or operating results.
