Torsang Chaipravat, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Accounting & Finance at IRPC Public Company Limited (SET: IRPC), revealed that the company has set the coupon rates for three series of debentures with maturities of 3 years, 5 years, and 7 years, providing options for investors to choose according to their preferences and enhancing flexibility in individual portfolio management.
These debentures will be offered to the general public from June 15 to 17, through six financial institutions: Kasikornbank, Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Siam Commercial Bank, TMBThanachart Bank, and CIMB Thai Bank. The details of the three debenture tranches with fixed interest rates are as follows:
- Series 1: 3-year tenor, fixed coupon rate of 2.70 – 2.80% per annum
- Series 2: 5-year tenor, fixed coupon rate of 3.10 – 3.30% per annum
- Series 3: 7-year tenor, fixed coupon rate of 3.65 – 3.85% per annum
Interest will be paid biannually throughout the debenture period. Interested general investors may subscribe to IRPC debentures with a minimum purchase of THB 100,000 and in increments of THB 100,000 each through branch or online channels of the respective debenture managers.
Both the company and the debentures have been rated “A-” with a “Stable” outlook by TRIS Rating, reflecting its capability as a fully integrated oil refining and petrochemical company, strong business operations, steady cash flow generation, and readiness for sustainable growth as a strategic company within the PTT Group.
