Consequently, the fund’s interest in BCP has shifted from an initial 15.0352% to its current level of 14.8609%,. In terms of absolute volume, the investment now totals 217,411,646 shares, down from the previous count of 219,961,046 shares.
Vayupak’s recent sale crossed below the 15% line (landing at 14.8609%), which is what forced this filing. Now that the funds are in the 10% to 15% bracket, they are not required to file a 246-2 form iIf they buy or sell further shares as long as their total stake stays anywhere between 10.0001% and 14.9999%.
