Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: BCP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that BCP Trading Pte. Ltd. (BCPT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has established a new subsidiary with the following details.
The subsidiary, called Mobius Maritime Pte. Ltd., was incorporated on July 31 to conduct shipping and chartering of ships/boats (freight) along with crew businesses in Singapore. The subsidiary has a registered capital of $5 million divided into 5,000 shares, of which BCPT holds 100% of the shares.
