Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (SET: TTA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has acquired a second-hand dry bulk vessel from a company which is not a connected person to the company by Thoresen Shipping Singapore Pte. Ltd. (TSS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The vessel is a Handysize with 34,407 deadweight ton (DWT) capacity built in 2016.
With this additional vessel, the TSS-owned fleet comprises a total of 25 vessels with an average size of 55,627 DWT and an average age of 16.95 years.
