On Thursday, the Israeli military issued a stern advisory urging residents to vacate the vicinity of Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor. This warning, disseminated via a social media post on X, featured a satellite image with the facility highlighted by a red circle, reminiscent of prior alerts preceding military actions.
Situated approximately 250 kilometers (155 miles) southwest of Tehran, the Arak heavy water reactor has become a focal point of concern. Authorities are calling for the immediate evacuation of inhabitants, employees, and other individuals present in the Arak and Khondab areas, stressing the urgency of the situation.
