The official website of the U.S. Embassy and Consulate in Thailand has announced a warning to its citizens who live or travel near the Thailand – Cambodia border, following several military crashes between the two countries.
The announcement was published on July 24 as the embassy received reports of rocket and artillery fire between the border of Thailand and Cambodia, along with the reports of casualties. The Thai government has already issued an evacuation order in certain areas
The embassy warned its citizens to follow directions from Thai security services and consult local government authorities for any news update.
