Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (SET: THAI) has been recognized with two prestigious awards at the TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2025 – Thailand, held on 16 October 2025 at Conrad Hotel, Bangkok, organized by Travel Daily Media. Mr. Chai Eamsiri, Chief Executive Officer, represented THAI at the ceremony.
This year, THAI was honored with Business Class of the Year for elevating its Royal Silk Class with a distinct Thai identity through its Amenity Kit, featuring traditional Thai motifs on fabric. This initiative not only showcases Thai art and culture but also supports the local textile industry and promotes sustainability with environmentally friendly materials.
Additionally, Thai Airways introduced caviar service with Caviar Giaveri “Siberian Classic” on its flights to Europe, reflecting THAI’s commitment to delivering an exceptional business class experience for passengers.
Furthermore, THAI was awarded Regional Airline of the Year for upgrading its fleet – new Airbus A321neo, which offers up to 20% fuel savings per seat, reduces carbon emissions, and minimizes takeoff and landing noise.
The new Business Class seats are fully lie-flat, providing an elevated travel experience with modern design, increased personal space, and premium amenities, supporting services across domestic and regional routes in Asia.
