SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY or SKY ICT) has been awarded a 5-star or “Excellent” rating — the highest level — in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR). This year’s assessment covered 844 listed companies, with 373 companies achieving the “Excellent” level. The recognition reflects SKY ICT’s strong commitment to operating with transparency, fairness, and sustainability.
Mr. Sithidej Mayalarp, Chief Executive Officer of SKY ICT, stated that this marks the first year the company has achieved the 5-star Excellent CG Scoring in the CGR assessment organized by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
He added that this recognition is a great pride for SKY, underscoring its adherence to high standards of corporate governance, integrity, transparency, and accountability. The company also strives to balance the interests of all stakeholders and integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles to strengthen confidence among both domestic and international investors.
Receiving the 5-star CGR rating reaffirms SKY ICT’s strong governance foundation and its commitment to long-term sustainable growth. This year, the company also participated in the SET ESG Rating program, further demonstrating its dedication to continuous improvement in environmental, social, and governance performance.
