This funding aims to enhance the club’s potential and support the “WHA Football Camp” for its second consecutive year. By bringing in professional players to share their skills with local youth, the program has trained over 300 participants across two years (100 in the first year and 200 in the second). This initiative reflects WHA’s mission to create opportunities and improve the quality of life for Thais under the “WHA: SHAPE THE FUTURE FOR THAILAND” philosophy.
On April 29, 2026, the official sponsorship ceremony took place at WHA Rayong Stadium during halftime of the high-profile match between Rayong FC and Buriram United. Mr. Pajongwit Pongsivapai, CEO of WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited (WHAID), presented the funds to Dr. Satit Pitutecha, President of Rayong FC, to support the club’s management and athlete development. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Triphop Wongtrairat, Governor of Rayong Province, Ms. Salareewan Tapthavee, Vice Governor, and Mr. Piya Pitutecha, President of the Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization, who all joined as witnesses.
In addition to professional football support, WHA Group is building a strong foundation for local youth by organizing the WHA Football Camp for the second consecutive year. In collaboration with Rayong FC, the camp provides professional training and inspiration to over 300 local children. The program also donated sports equipment to further empower these young athletes to pursue their professional football dreams.
