The Investor Relations Academy 2026 is designed as a hands-on, immersive programme that equips participants with practical knowledge and real-world experience in the field of investor relations. The initiative reflects BTS Group’s commitment to developing high-potential talent and strengthening the future pipeline of IR professionals for Thailand’s capital market.

Throughout the programme, participants will receive hands-on training and practical exposure across key investor relations activities, including:

  • Preparation of Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)
  • Development of the Annual Report (One Report)
  • Coordination and preparation for Analyst Meetings and SET Opportunity Day
  • AGM Observation
  • Participation in practical workshops and business simulations designed to enhance communication skills and build confidence in engaging with investors and stakeholders

In addition to technical training, participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from BTS Group’s senior management team, investor relations professionals, industry experts, capital market practitioners, and securities analysts. These knowledge-sharing sessions are designed to provide valuable insights into the skills, responsibilities, and strategic role of investor relations professionals in today’s business environment.

As part of the learning experience, participants will also visit and explore various BTS Group businesses to gain first-hand exposure to different business models and operations. Site visits will cover the Group’s rail transportation business, property developments, and food and beverage businesses, providing participants with a broader understanding of how diversified businesses operate in practice.
