PRTR Empowers ‘KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026’, Mentoring Students Through Real-World Corporate Training

PRTR Group Public Company Limited (SET: PRTR), a key partner of KH Academy, has joined forces with the institution to foster the next generation of corporate leaders through the ‘KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026’ program. As part of the third annual practical summer training initiative, Ms. Narita Adulkaewphaluek, Executive Director, Head of Investor Relations at PRTR, led a team of experienced trainers to provide essential orientation activities for the selected students.

A total of 21 students from the faculties of Commerce and Accountancy, Engineering, and Law at Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University participated in the activities. The training covered a comprehensive range of professional development topics, including tips on crafting resumes that attract attention from human resources professionals, interview techniques with hands-on simulation workshops to give students a real-world experience, and the development of a growth mindset for effective collaboration.

In addition, PRTR provided foundational knowledge of Thai labor law, ensuring that both employer and employee rights and responsibilities are clearly understood to avoid legal violations. Key topics included employment and probation contracts, working hours, legal holidays and leave entitlements, compensation, overtime, contract termination, and severance payments.

These orientation activities, held from May 26 to 29, 2026, at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus, formed an integral part of the KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026. Following the orientation, participating students began their internships at leading Thai companies, including IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA), Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (TU), Baker & McKenzie Ltd., Kudun and Partners Ltd., TTT & Partners Co., Ltd., Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited (KKPS), TISCO Securities Company Limited (TISCO), and Asia Plus Securities Company Limited (ASPS).

To broaden their perspective, the program also included a study tour in Vietnam focused on the Thai private sector’s activities in trade and investment, taking place from July 28 to 31, 2026.
