AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: AP), a leading Thai property developer operating under its brand promise, “Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai”, continues to reinforce its core belief and brand DNA, which have guided the company for more than 35 years: a deep understanding of people and the way they live. Beyond applying these insights to the development of residential projects, innovative living spaces and services that empower people to live life on their own terms, AP is extending this philosophy by creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to share their perspectives, harness their creativity and explore new possibilities together.

AP Thailand has now joined forces with Adapter Digital Co., Ltd., a leading advertising agency, to launch a special initiative, ‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’, under the concept of creating with empathy to empower better living. The competition invites creative thinkers from all walks of life, including university students, to develop brand campaign concepts inspired by a genuine understanding of people and their everyday experiences. By placing empathy at the heart of creativity, participants are challenged to transform real-life observations into powerful ideas that connect with audiences on a deeper emotional level. The competition offers total cash prizes of Bht 1,200,000, alongside the opportunity to develop selected ideas into real-world campaigns in collaboration with professional creative teams.

At the heart of the challenge is the task of translating AP’s brand DNA into meaningful brand communications. Through ‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’, AP seeks to encourage a deeper understanding of people’s lives, recognising that genuine insights begin with their everyday realities, from their underlying needs and aspirations to the small details that make each person’s experience unique. AP believes that diverse perspectives, experiences and creative approaches can broaden and deepen this understanding. The competition therefore welcomes participants from all backgrounds to observe, interpret and connect with real-life experiences through their own perspectives, before translating those insights into impactful creative work.

Mr. Kittichet Sathitnoppachai, Chief Corporate and Digital Marketing, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, said:

“AP’s brand DNA is rooted in understanding people and how they live. For us, this goes beyond simply knowing what people want. It means understanding what those needs truly mean to them and the role they play in their lives. Behind every need lies a unique combination of emotions, hopes and personal values. With ‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’, we want to encourage everyone to look at people and their lives from broader and deeper perspectives, placing genuine understanding at the heart of the creative process. By transforming these insights into meaningful ideas, we believe creativity can deliver real value and make a positive emotional impact on people’s lives.”

Mr. Atawoot Wesaranurak, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adapter Digital Co., Ltd., said:

“We are entering an era of ‘The End of Average’, where traditional definitions of consumers are becoming increasingly irrelevant. Every individual has their own identity, needs and lifestyle, all of which are constantly evolving. Creativity should therefore not begin with assumptions about what people want, but with a genuine effort to observe and understand how they actually live. Through ‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’, we hope to bring together fresh perspectives from people with diverse experiences, encouraging them to develop meaningful creative ideas that genuinely connect with audiences.”

‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’ is founded on the belief that the most powerful creative ideas begin with a heartfelt understanding of people. Creativity that resonates with audiences does not necessarily have to come from those working within the same industry or discipline. The competition therefore welcomes individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, encouraging them to observe, understand and connect with everyday life through their own perspectives, before transforming their discoveries into original creative ideas.

‘THE HUMAN IDEA – CREATIVE SPRINT 2026’ is open to all creative thinkers and anyone with an idea, aged 18 and over, regardless of educational qualifications or professional experience. University students are also welcome to participate.
