AP Launches ‘7 MORE’ Campaign to Unveil New Models of Townhome in 7 Locations Starting at THB1.99 Million

Mr. Maytha Rakthum, Chief Business Group, Townhome, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: AP), revealed that demand for housing is showing a sign of promising growth as evident in AP’s sales of residential projects, which have enjoyed continued response from homebuyers and enabled the company to record over Bht 7,800 million of presales for low-rise projects (28 Feb 22) – a solid growth of 47%.
