Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: STGT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that P.S. Rubber Co., Ltd. (PS) has completed the transfer of its entire business on 2 June 2025, and PS has completed the registration of its dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 4 June 2025, and will proceed with the liquidation process in accordance with the legal requirements to ensure compliance with the conditions under the Revenue Code regarding the entire business transfer.
On April 9, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of STGT resolved to approve the acceptance of the entire business transfer from PS, a subsidiary in which the company holds 99.99% of total shares.
This transfer was carried out under the process of Entire Business Transfer or “EBT” in order to restructure the company group to be in line with current business operations and enhance the flexibility of managing the business group.
