B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has officially announced a major strategic move into Thailand’s booming digital economy by collaborating with Singapore’s Digital Edge to develop a state-of-the-art Data Center project.
Mr. Nopadej Karnasuta, Co-President – Thailand Business and Energy & Industrial Solutions Business at BGRIM, revealed in a statement to “Kaohoon” that the company will officially unveil this joint venture on June 9, 2025.
The initial phase of the project will see the construction of a 100-megawatt Data Center designed to cater to the needs of hyperscale clients. Development is expected to commence soon with a target for commercial power delivery starting in 2026.
This partnership aligns with BGRIM’s digital business strategy and its ambition to strengthen its value proposition in the rapidly growing global Data Center industry. BGRIM also has plans to further expand its investments in Data Center operations in the future, given the sector’s expected exponential growth.
BGRIM aims to position itself as a key energy solutions partner for Data Centers in Thailand, providing comprehensive power supply and services to the sector. The company is actively pursuing alliances with leading Data Center operators both domestically and internationally in order to foster sustainable business growth.

Digital Edge (Singapore) Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a leading Data Center provider in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore. Established in 2020 and backed by investment firm Stonepeak—which manages approximately THB 2.52 trillion (USD 70 billion) in assets—Digital Edge currently operates or is developing 21 Data Centers with more than 500 megawatts of capacity.
