According to unofficial results, TrueMove H has secured licenses for 70 MHz of the 2300 MHz band and 20 MHz of the 1500 MHz band at the latest spectrum auction. TrueMove H’s successful acquisition of 70 MHz on the 2300 MHz spectrum band for 21,770,000,168 baht, can be utilized for both 5G and 4G services and will integrate seamlessly with True’s existing infrastructure and equipment to deliver faster speeds, wider coverage, and enhanced network performance. 2300 MHz band also strengthens the efficiency and performance of the 2600 MHz band, further advancing the delivery of full-capability 5G services.
TrueMove H’s acquisition of 20 MHz of the 1500 MHz spectrum for 4,653,960,168 baht represents an investment in future network capabilities. This newly acquired band offers significant advantages in enhancing 5G performance and extending 4G capacity. It will boost overall network capacity and improve download coverage, effectively addressing the rising demand for data in both high-density urban areas and remote regions. When combined with other spectrum bands or leveraged through Carrier Aggregation technology, the 1500 MHz band will enable faster internet speeds, more stable connectivity, and reduced network congestion during peak usage periods.
