Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (SET: BCH) has announced its 2Q25 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

In the second quarter of 2025, BCH recorded a net profit of THB 388.2 million, an increase of 40.1% YoY. The net profit margin attributable to the company’s shareholders was 12.7%, supported by surplus revenue of 60.0 million baht from the treatment of 26 chronic diseases.
Regarding 2Q25 total revenue, the company had total revenue of THB 3,045 million, an increase of 5.7% YoY. This growth was driven by an increase in revenue from Social Security patients as well as an increase in revenue from outpatient services in specialized centers for both Thai and international patients.
The revenue from general OPD patients amounted to THB 1,101.8 million, an increase of 1.7% YoY due to the following factors:
- The rise of revenue from the three new hospitals namely; Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane, Kasemrad International Hospital Aranyaprathet, and Kasemrad Hospital Prachinburi.
- Outpatient revenue of Kasemrad Hospital Pathumthani was THB 19.1 million, an increase of 20.0% YoY, following the enhancement of services in terms of personnel, medical equipment, and patient service systems.
- Revenue from newly specialized centers, such as Kasemrad Plastic Surgery (KPS), Kasemrad Ari Radiation Oncology Clinic and the mobile dental service, totaling THB 95.9 million, an increase of 44.7% YoY.
The revenue from social security patients amounted to THB 1,105.0 million, representing an increase of 16.9% YoY due to the following factors:
- A surplus revenue of THB 77.5 million from the treatment of 26 chronic diseases, as well as no impact of the reduction in service rates for complex treatment.
- The revenue from high-cost treatments, influenza vaccination services, health check-up services, sleep apnea diagnostic services and providing service under the complex disease treatment program for two specific conditions which was extended until December 2025.
- The average number of registered people under the Social Security Scheme with the affiliated hospitals in the second quarter was 1,025,583, an increase of 0.8% YoY.
Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.15 per share to be paid on 12 September 2025 with an ex-dividend date on 28 August 2025.
