ADVANC reported a net profit of Bt12,039 million in 3Q25, a surge of 37% from Bt8,788 million in the same quarter last year, reflecting solid operating performance, lower spectrum cost following the end of the NT 2100MHz roaming agreement and reduced financial expenses.

3Q25 EBITDA reached Bt31,406 million, increasing 10% YoY and 3.8% QoQ, following revenue expansion and prudent cost management. EBITDA margin was at 57.8%

Sales revenue reported at Bt8,951 million, increasing 8.7% YoY supported by the company’s strengthened retail strategy and boosted by the iPhone 17 launch in September. However, revenue declined QoQ due to a high sales base in 2Q25, which was lifted by advanced purchases amid concerns over potential U.S. tariff impacts.

The company stated that during 3Q25, the Thai economy showed modest recovery amid global trade uncertainties and cautious spending. Nonetheless, AIS sustained solid growth with core service revenue of Bt43,591 million, increasing 6.8% YoY and 1.4% QoQ, driven by strong demand for quality connectivity and premium content. The ultimate entertainment and sport proposition, including English Premier League (EPL) in the portfolio reinforced AIS’s leadership in premium digital experience and customer engagement across its ecosystem.

AIS recorded 46.3 million mobile subscribers, with a net addition of 271K, comprising 125K prepaid and 147K postpaid. Although new acquisitions were impacted by the introduction of the Liveness Detection registration method, AIS maintained positive net add through a focus on quality subscribers and effective churn management. Blended ARPU rose 5.2% YoY and 0.5% QoQ, driven by prepaid ARPU improvement from continued upselling and a stronger quality mix, while postpaid ARPU softened QoQ due to lower outbound roaming revenue in line with seasonality. Data usage (VOU) continued to rise both YoY and QoQ, supported by increasing 5G adoption and higher consumption among existing users. 5G subscribers reached 15.8 million, accounting for 34% of the total base, up 36% YoY and 13% QoQ.

Mobile services continued to expand, supported by higher data usage and value-driven 5G upsell among existing customers. Mobile service revenue reached Bt32,837 million, increasing 6.1% YoY and 1.3% QoQ driven by gain in 5G monetization backed by superior network quality and cross-sell exclusive content. The ongoing efforts to acquire quality subscribers and strengthen value propositions across sales channels contributed to subscriber growth and rising blended ARPU despite the rainy season.

AIS Broadband subscribers reached 5.2 million at the end of 3Q25, with 68k net additions. Fixed broadband revenue rose to Bt8,189 million, up 10% YoY and 3.1% QoQ, supported by quality customer expansion, supported by flagship content such as the EPL, which strengthened AIS’s entertainment ecosystem and customer stickiness. FBB ARPU rose to Bt528, up 4.6% YoY and 1.8% QoQ, reflecting the company’s focus on upselling higher-value packages and cross-selling value-added services, including content and beyond-connectivity solutions.

Integration with TTTBB remains focusing on IT consolidation to achieve a unified operation and organization, targeted for completion within 1H26.

Enterprise (non-mobile) revenue reached Bt2,076 million, growing 14% YoY and 5.3% QoQ driven by sustained demand for digital transformation despite a soft economic backdrop. EDS and Cloud remained key growth drivers, supporting Thai corporates in operational transformation and capturing rising demand from global OTT investments in Thailand.
