One Network Delivers a Better Experience for True and dtac Customers
1. Increased network capacity to better support high-traffic usage
Between 2023 and 2025, True Corporation continuously strengthened network capacity to support increasingly dense usage patterns, such as concerts, major events, and areas where large numbers of users connect simultaneously.
By integrating 5G and 4G, average nationwide network capacity increased by 1.37 times, while 5G capacity alone nearly doubled. This reflects more efficient spectrum use and network management, resulting in faster, smoother, and more consistent connectivity, even in highly congested locations.
2. Improved 5G and 4G signal quality with broader coverage
Network integration under One Network has delivered clear improvements in both coverage and signal quality, particularly for former dtac customers. Before integration in 2023, dtac 5G coverage was 47%, while True coverage was 83%. By 2025, combined 5G population coverage reached 94% nationwide, with 4G coverage at 99%.
Average nationwide 5G and 4G signal quality improved by 76%, with the most visible gains in high-usage provinces, including:

These improvements demonstrate stronger network readiness to reduce disruptions and provide more consistent service in key areas nationwide.
3. Confident New Year travel with reliable connectivity nationwide
True Corporation has strengthened 5G and 4G network quality across major tourist destinations nationwide, supporting seamless connectivity throughout the New Year travel period. Coverage spans natural attractions, leading tourism cities, economic hubs, and national landmarks across all regions.
In the North, coverage includes key destinations such as Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Tak, and Phetchabun. In the South, the network supports major provinces including Surat Thani, Phuket, Krabi, Songkhla, and Phang Nga. The Eastern and Northeastern regions cover key economic and tourism centers such as Chonburi, Rayong, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Ubon Ratchathani, while Central Thailand includes major travel corridors such as Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, and Nakhon Sawan.
For Bangkok, the network covers key tourism, retail, and lifestyle districts, including Siam, Ratchaprasong, Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, and the Chao Phraya River area. It supports heavy digital usage and communications by residents and visitors, as well as major countdown venues, particularly ICONSIAM, which CNN has selected as the location of its Asia-Pacific Live Studio for New Year’s Eve broadcasts.
