Santipol Jenwattanaphaisarn, Chief Executive Officer of Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (mai: JPARK), revealed to “Kaohoon” that JPARK is setting a net profit growth target of around 20 – 30% in 2026, compared to THB 83.24 million in 2025. This growth will be driven by the planned increase in parking spaces.
The company expects its performance in the second half of the year to outperform the first half, thanks to the opening of 3 – 4 new parking lots. This expansion is designed to keep the company’s results on track with its targets. One key project set to recognize revenue in August is the Golden Jubilee Medical Center’s project, which has now completed construction.
JPARK is confident that its performance in 2Q26 will improve both quarter-on-quarter and significantly year-on-year, primarily due to continually increasing parking capacity.
For the year 2026, JPARK plans to expand its network with six new parking locations, adding approximately 5,600 new slots. The new areas will focus on high-demand locations, such as airports and downtown areas.
In the first half of the year, three new locations have already commenced operations, adding around 3,000 – 4,000 slots. The company is optimistic about achieving its expansion goals by year-end. By the end of 2026, JPARK expects to be managing about 40,000 parking slots.
Santipol added that, in addition to traditional business expansion, JPARK is creating new growth opportunities via an online platform. This will allow the company to broaden its service base more efficiently. The pilot project for this platform will be launched opposite Don Mueang Airport. While this is a small area (about 70 – 80 slots), it marks a significant step into the platform business.
Furthermore, with strong business fundamentals and strategic planning, the CEO encourages investors to see JPARK as a long-term investment opportunity. The company believes that clearer, substantial growth will be evident within the next two years, with business expansion translating into attractive dividend payments for shareholders in the future.
