In addition, the company achieved a highly competitive net financing cost of only 3.875% per annum after implementing a Cross Currency Swap hedging strategy. This milestone represents Thai oil’s most cost-efficient U.S. dollar debt capital market financing transaction to date and reflects investors’ strong confidence in the company’s financial strength, business capabilities, and strategic execution.
