Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (SET: TTA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mermaid Subsea Services (Thailand) Ltd. (MSST), a subsidiary in which the company directly and indirectly holds a 68.39 percent shareholding through Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited (MML), a subsidiary of the company listed on the Singapore Exchange, has established 2 new subsidiary companies as follows:
1) Mermaid US Holdings, Inc. (MMUH) was incorporated in the United States on August 3, 2026 as a holding company. The subsidiary has a total registered capital of $100 divided into 10,000 shares, of which MSST held 100% of the shares.
2) Mermaid Subsea Services (US) LLC (MMUS) was also established in the U.S. on August 3 to conduct offshore oil and gas services and other business activities. The subsidiary is wholly owned by MMUH.
